What makes FitRoller different+

Unlike a loose roller that can slide away, FitRoller uses detachable stabilising supports to keep the textured surface positioned while you move. Its 59 cm length gives you room to work across larger muscle groups, while 180 raised points create varied contact across the surface.

Product specifications+

Size: approximately 59 × 12 cm
Weight: approximately 1.6 kg
Surface: high-density EVA
Core: reinforced modified PE
Texture: 180 raised points with up to 8 mm depth
Stated load support: up to 200 kg

Setup and safe use+

Begin with light pressure and use slow, controlled movements over large muscle areas. Avoid rolling directly over bones, joints, the front of the neck or the spine. For wall setup, use only a clean, dry, smooth and non-porous surface, secure every suction point and test stability before applying pressure. Stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or unusual discomfort.

Focused surface design

Pressure where you want it—not everywhere at once.

The alternating raised pattern changes how the surface contacts the body as you move, helping you explore different angles without changing tools.

One roller, more possibilities

Built for the muscles that carry your day.

Use controlled pressure on large muscle areas before training, after movement or whenever your body feels tight from a long day.

Back and shoulders

Work beside the spine with slow movements—never directly over the spine or neck.

Quads and hamstrings

Use the broad surface to cover more of the upper leg in each controlled pass.

Glutes and calves

Adjust your body angle to make pressure lighter or more focused.

Feet and mobility

Use gentle standing pressure while holding a stable support for balance.

Why FitRoller

More stable than a loose foam roller.

A purpose-built format for people who want wide coverage without constantly repositioning the roller.

Contact Livvaya support →
What areas can I use FitRoller on?

FitRoller is designed for controlled rolling over large muscle areas such as the upper and mid back beside the spine, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. Use gentle pressure for the feet while holding a stable support. Do not roll directly over the spine, front of the neck, bones or joints.

Can it be mounted on a wall?

The supports include 18 suction points for suitable smooth-surface setup. Use only a clean, dry, smooth and non-porous surface. Secure and test every suction point before applying pressure, and follow the included instructions.

Is it beginner friendly?

Beginners can use FitRoller by starting with very light pressure, short controlled passes and a comfortable body angle. More pressure is not always better. Stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or unusual discomfort.

What is FitRoller made from?

The textured surface uses high-density EVA over a reinforced modified PE core. The complete roller is approximately 59 × 12 cm and weighs approximately 1.6 kg.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Allow every part to dry fully before storing or using the suction setup.

When should I avoid foam rolling?

Do not use over an acute injury, broken skin, significant swelling or areas with reduced sensation. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have a medical condition or are unsure whether rolling is appropriate, ask a qualified healthcare professional first.

Which colours are available?

FitRoller is currently offered in Pink, Black, Blue and Purple. Availability is shown live in the colour selector near the top of the page.
