Digital Download Policy
At themadcolors, all products sold are digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to your digital files. These may include:
- Canva access link files
- PDF instruction guides
- bonus files
- other digital download materials included with your purchase
All products are delivered digitally only.
2. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical products.
If you purchase from themadcolors, you are purchasing a digital download or digital access file only.
3. Accessing Your Files
After purchase, you will receive the file or files needed to access your templates or digital products.
For Canva template products, this usually includes a PDF containing your Canva access links.
You will need to open the link and make your own copy of the template in Canva before editing.
4. Software Requirements
Some products may require access to Canva in order to use and edit the files.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have the required software, platform access, or basic understanding needed to use the purchased digital product.
If a product is designed for Canva, this will be stated in the product listing.
5. Personal and Business Use
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing or license terms, purchased templates and digital files are for use by the buyer for their own business, personal brand, or approved end use.
You may not:
- resell the original files
- redistribute the files
- share download links or access files
- claim the original templates as your own
- upload the original files to marketplaces, groups, drives, or membership sites
6. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed.
Because digital files are delivered instantly or made accessible after purchase, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.
7. Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for digital products once access has been delivered.
Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing, including:
what is included -
- file format
- software requirements
- usage terms
If you experience a genuine issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong file or a broken access link, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
