CalmPulse
It helped me create a real pause after work
I come home wired and still thinking about the day. CalmPulse gives me a clear reset point — sit down, put it on, breathe for a bit, and let the evening start properly.

The Comments Section Doesn't Lie
I like that there’s no app or setup. I put it on, run the 20-minute session, and that’s basically my signal to stop working for the night.
Hotel rooms normally throw my sleep routine off. This is small enough to travel with and gives me the same wind-down routine wherever I am.
The biggest thing for me is having something physical that marks the end of the day. I use Sleep mode while I’m reading and then go straight to bed.
Way simpler than I expected. Inner wrist, choose the mode, set the intensity and leave it running. No phone involved.
I’ve started using Relax mode after work too, not just before bed. It’s become a useful little reset when my brain is still going.
I keep mine on the bedside table now. The 20-minute automatic session makes it easy to stay consistent without thinking about it.
